If you are taking Extension or continuing education courses, your account on UCI Learn is linked to your account on the UCI Extension website. Please be sure to follow the instructions found in the documents section below to set up and manage your account.

For Undergraduate and Graduate Courses

If you are taking undergraduate or graduate courses, you will need to manually create your account on UCI Learn. Detailed instructions can be found in the documents section below.

For Extension Courses

If you are taking Extension or continuing education courses, you will need log into the Extension website first. Your courses should automatically appear in the My Courses section on the first day of class. For information on how to add and drop courses, please see the documents section below.

For Undergraduate and Graduate Courses

If you are taking undergraduate or graduate courses, you will need to manually enroll in the courses using an enrollment key. Detailed instructions can be found in the documents section below.

The UCI Learn platform is managed and supported by the UCI Distance Learning Center (DLC). The DLC serves the entire UCI academic community by providing leadership, innovation, and support for hybrid/online education. Our fifteen staff members bring a wide range of experience and expertise in areas that include innovative instructional design, instructional technology assessment and deployment, multimedia and video production, project management, education research, and technical support.

Since its founding in 2002, the DLC has developed and designed a broad spectrum of courses and programs including the University of California's first fully online master's degree program (Criminology Law and Society), 50 undergraduate courses, several hundred continuing education courses, and 15 massive, open, online courses (MOOCs) that have attracted over 700,000 registrants and garnered national and international recognition.
